Technical Studies developed by the CVM and presented in International Meetings.

• On November 18th 2000, CVM, under its capacity as Chairman of IOSCO's Emerging Markets Committeee Working Group on Collective Investment Schemes presented the final report on Performance Presentation Standards in Collective Invetment Schemes. Click here to visualize this report.

• On February 16 and 17, 2000 CVM participated on the Council of the Securities Regulators of the Americas(COSRA) annual roundtable. • During February 25 and 26, 1999, the CVM participated at the Annual Round Table hosted by Council of the Securities Regulators of the Americas (COSRA), at which we are Vice-president. Clearing and Settlement at the Americas was one of the issues discussed, and the CVM, wiht the colaboration of the entities related to this subject: BM&F , CBLC , CLC and CETIP, presented a report on how this system works in Brazil.

• In May 24, 1999, the CVM, as Chairman of the Working Group dealing with Collective Investment Schemes of the Emerging Markets Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) presented the Final Report on Collective Investment Schemes Asset Valuation and Pricing. This Report was approved by the Committee, being also released by IOSCO and available at its site.

• In March 20,1998, the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission hosted at Boca Raton, Florida, U.S.A., the International Meeting of the Regulators 1998. During this meeting, the CVM presented the following study on the impact of the 1997 Asian Crisis over the brazilian markets:
